This step ensures that everything is 100% accurate before production begins.
- Production Begins
With all details confirmed, we move your glove into production. Our experienced craftsmen carefully cut, stitch, shape, and assemble your glove using premium materials and proven techniques. - In-Process Monitoring
We monitor production closely to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule. Any minor issues are addressed immediately to prevent delays or defects. - Pre-Completion Quality Check
Before the glove is fully completed, we perform a detailed quality check:

This allows us to catch and correct anything before final packaging.
- Packaging & Preparation for Shipment
Once the glove passes quality inspection, it’s carefully cleaned, shaped, and packaged. If you’ve requested custom packaging or branding, it’s applied at this stage. - Shipment & Tracking
Your glove is shipped via the method you selected (courier, air freight, etc.). As soon as it’s on its way, we’ll provide you with full tracking information so you can follow your order until it arrives.
