What’s Covered
Our Custom Gloves Warranty covers the following for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery:
Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
Defective stitching or loose seams
Faulty lacing or premature unraveling
Separation of leather layers not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Water damage, heat exposure, or improper storage
Overuse or abuse (including extreme force, bending, or breaking-in with heat/water/steam)
Customization errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer
Alterations or repairs made by third parties
Warranty Process
If you believe your glove qualifies for a warranty claim:
Contact Us at support@legendsportspro.com within 60 days of receiving your glove.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.
Our quality team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.
If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or issue a partial refund or store credit depending on the situation.
Note: Return shipping may be required for physical inspection.
Additional Notes
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
For gloves used in high-intensity or daily professional training, faster wear is expected and not covered unless due to a clear defect.
For bulk or team orders, each glove is assessed individually.
