We understand that sometimes changes are necessary after an order is placed. To ensure a smooth process and keep production on schedule, please review our Change Order Policy below.
Eligible Changes
Customers may request changes to:
Product color, size, or style
Customization details (names, numbers, logos)
Shipping address or contact info
Change Request Window
Stock Products: Changes can be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom Orders: Changes must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. After this window, your order may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
Non-Changeable Orders
Changes cannot be made to:
Orders already shipped
Custom orders after 48 hours
Final sale or clearance items
Fees
Minor changes (color, size, spelling correction): Free within the allowed window
Major changes requiring a new design, mold, or materials: Subject to a change fee (quoted case by case)
If the change results in a price difference, the customer is responsible for paying the balance before production continues.

Important Notes
We will confirm all accepted changes via email. If you don’t receive confirmation, your original order details will be processed.
