All Custom Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products—including custom gloves, embroidered gear, and specially built items—all custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins.
Production Approval
Before your custom item enters production, you will receive a confirmation of your design.
Please review all details carefully—Legend Sports is not responsible for design errors once approved by the customer.
Exceptions (Return/Replacement Eligibility)
We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or model not matching your order).
The product arrived defective or damaged (e.g., stitching issues, broken laces, etc.).
The customization does not match the approved order.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos of the issue
Brief description of the problem

Turnaround Time for Custom Orders
Custom gloves typically ship within 4–6 weeks. Lead times may vary during peak seasons.
Important Notes
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect name/number/quote input by the customer
Change of mind after design approval
Natural leather variation or break-in differences
All return shipping costs (for approved issues) are covered by Legend Sports.
