Your full name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem (close-up and full glove view)
The date you received the glove

Our team will assess your claim within 3–5 business days. If it qualifies under our warranty, we’ll reach out with the next steps — which may include repair, replacement, or credit.
Need to Return the Glove?
If a return is needed, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the shipping address. Please do not send the glove back without approval.
